How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Partsmask Concrete wants to treat everyone who contacts us fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Partsmask Concrete went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the contractor first. Keep a written record.

Tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and contractors who keep falling short may be removed. But Partsmask Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a contractor, or act on a contractor's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@partsmask.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
