A first-timer guide to the process
How Our Network Works: Who You Talk To
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent local provider. Not a big company. Not a sales script. Partsmask Concrete makes the introduction. The provider does the rest.
What happens on the call
It is short. Here is the flow:
- You say what you want to build
- You share your town and a rough size
- You get pointed to a provider in the network
- The provider asks follow-up questions
- You set up a time for an on-site look
No drawings needed. No exact numbers needed.
What to ask a provider
First-timer? Use this list.
- Is the quote in writing? Get it that way.
- What is included? Base, forms, rebar or mesh, finish, sealing.
- How thick will the slab be? Driveways often need more than patios.
- How will water drain? Slope matters.
- How do you handle freeze-thaw? Joints and base help.
- Who handles permits? Ask before you sign.
- When can you start? Timing varies by provider.
- Can you show past flatwork? Photos or addresses you can drive by.
Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. ranges are wide, so compare written quotes.
You are in control
A call does not commit you. You can talk to a provider, get a quote and say no. There is no obligation. Compare more than one quote if you like.
